Oh I see a concerned PLS holder. I think PLS holders would prefer AVZ to be the operator of Manono rather than some Chinese company.

So pray things come good for AVZ.

Felix is a president so he has a lot of things on his plate at once. Manono is part of a political strategy to make the DRC into a battery power house. The USA wants in, Felix not keen on the Chinese. The ML will eventually happen for Dathcom.
