I do understand where you are coming from, but if this is blatant corruption, as many are suggesting it is, then I don't think many would see it as a 'dictator' outcome. Though can understand why you might want the courts to make a decision, but that decision needs to be timely.

The legal process here is slow as one can see, hence, my point though is this now a Catch 22 - without a ML AVZ cannot go to mining so the longer this drags out the less likely production will start this side of 2025. Wonder what CATH makes of all this, noting IMO if this ain't sorted out then buyers may need to start looking elsewhere for supply and that becomes an issue as well when your trying to secure offtakes as well, noting offtakes IMO do have clauses in them around when supply is meant to start from.

Anyway, time will tell where we stand, but this is becoming frustrating IMO. I don't post much here because there is nothing to really say here - but the key for me is how is this impacting timeline to production. What significantly improves a FID now is getting to production early where you can benefit in a NPV sense from high prices before more supply comes onstream and starts reducing prices albeit I doubt spodumene prices will head below US$1000 per tonne anytime soon. The AVZ DFS was on a price of US$673.30 per tonne from recollection, so with a ML road to production will be a lot easier IMO.

    All IMO
