best outcome at this stage is a full takeover at perhaps 20 cps.
they have no choice as I see it but to recapitalise the business with a huge equity raising (60-90 M) somewhere around the 10 cps share range. Once the funding is done it will likely trade sideways for a year or so until federation starts full production.
