At the current SP, BKT is valued at approx 6% of NPV. To me this is a very attractive risk vs reward proposition especially as they have all approvals in place and a good relationship with Tanz Gov.

How they acquire the funds for the construction will be the next big question: JV, takeover, capital raising / dilution, finance debt/loans. BKT have stated it is targeting 50% debt funding (from memory). This could come from a JV partner.

i'm happy as long as it's not a takeover, it's the bane of my existence, you find a great stock, build a position and then get forced out by the big end of town, paying a slight premium to trading range, but just a fraction of real worth, before the wider market understand what's really at play. it has cost me a fortune over the years, fingers crossed we all get to cheer BKT over the finish line as it's last module comes online at some point in the future..
