But I thought one of the obligations of Company Director(s) was to generate value for Shareholders in return for 'directors fees / performance and services payments?
I'm not seeing any value being provided to Shareholders but the directors are still taking, what appears to be in their minds, payments for the value they add to the company?
AND I'm still perplexed where the other 30,000,000 options are being allocated?
