I think you need a reminder of how drastically things can change and what momentum of success after success engenders.
In very quick succession after graft, we will hear about Covid trial starting, back trial starting, heart news, peri anal trial news and then off lable use on a scale very likely to surprise all.
In no particualr order we could see doubling, qaudrupling, tripling and more on each announcement.
Do the math.
Some of the market behaviour will be a mad scramble....
