Two other outstanding issues for ETM, that we should keep in mind are:
1. Assume you saw the article in Sermitsiaq.AG (dated 21 Dec. 22) that I posted on 22nd Dec.
In the article the head in the Department of Raw Materials and the Justice Area for GoG, Jørgen Hammeken Holm stated "Energy Transition Minerals has asked for access to all documents in the entire case (draft refusal of the extraction permit) and they have the right to do so. We are currently processing the case and expect an administrative response this week. When that happens, the company will be handed a large number of documents,after which a new deadline will be set to respond to the hearing on the refusal of the extraction permit."
It may simply be that ETM have finally received communications from GoG including the requested documents and new deadline and this may have been leaked.
2. Alternatively, there may be an interim or final decision from the arbitration commission. this will of-course be positive or negative news and may also have been leaked.
