"Now that the terms of the agreement have been released, and let's face it they are better than was generally anticipated"
I am interested to know why you think the terms were better than 'generally anticipated'? What terms were you originally expecting? Obviously the market didn't agree - hence it being down around 20% from the last traded price before the trading halt.
Considering the terms are $1m cash payable to Hotshot over 4 months and 375m shares issued for a 50% share in revenue etc, this values Hotshot @ over $20m (This does not include the performance based shares and options, which would value it much more if those performance goals were met).
IMHO snapshotbattle.com would probably be worth only a few thousand dollars if it was to be sold privately.
Not trying to 'downramp' here - just stating my honest opinion.
