Only if you're sitting at the front of the queue or have a bot to manipulate the opening and closing auctions. There'd have to be a big dump to get 0.8c now otherwise it's pretty much 0.85 or 0.9c to get a seat.
I'm trying 0.8c myself but I think my orders will expire before they get executed. Wait and see I suppose. Upstream should get whiff of what's happening over at Shell soon I'd imagine.
If Shell and Total both confirm they have billion barrel finds like they think they do PCL will crack through that 1c resistance and if it breaks that 1.35c previous high breakout traders could come in and really run it up.
