The problems (ownership and license) will definitely be solved and AVZ will get everything (60%+15%+15% right of first refusal). The law is abstract and does not lie.The DRC government has entered into a number of international agreements that require Manono to be operational.It would lose face around the world because any of these agreements would be void if AVZ failed.AVZ just has to make it financially over time.That becomes the main problem.

But I'm positive that AVZ can do it. Not all options have been exhausted by a long shot.

I have considered this an issue as well . However I think if SH can see light at the end of the tunnel they'd chip in to keep AVZ running . A CR @ 50c for 100 mil shares would be a nice incentive and reward for SH . imo
