I got mixed feeling about this now. Previously I was like they should slow down and using the fundings from stage 1 to fully fund stage 2 however if there is indeed demand, then it might be worth keep expanding as quickly as we can do that we reach the stage of peak quicker, higher cash flow faster and in returns dividends quicker too.

so I guess there’s pros and cons to the SP however if we keep raking in sales than the SP will reflect that eventually. Dilution is a problem of cos for short term holder however once we reach peak expansion, they can always do a buy back?
