Weirdly a lot of shares have had that drop/tick up movement; CXO, SYA. DMP
I'm going to assume it's some sort of reporting anomaly, I would be surprised if some of these shorts were covering and opening again at these very low prices, the risk would just have to be too high for them at this point, regardless of weakness.
