You will not get 80% of Atlantic, Simberi, listed investments worth about $35 million, and $85 million cash. The other two responders gave you erroneous information. Please spend time to read the announcement if you're going to invest. There is too much misinformation in HC, intentional or otherwise (including irrational rants after losing money). Yep, you should not rely on my post either. Go read the public announcements by both companies.
