R&D contract - fair enough, can't say I fully understand it, are we being paid for our services to develop our own technology, like a grant? That's significant revenue that is not hardware.

Everything else is so far undisclosed, insignificant amounts and promises.

Sounds good and I appreciate the info. I only have a very small holding and havent had a chance to do in depth due diligence yet on Dronesheild, I know enough to know that I like it, but I have been burnt by a few good hardware companies before and the promise of a transition to recurring revenue easily gets forgotten in the face of big hardware contracts which can be one off in nature. I also know enough that comparing Dronesheild to Apple and Tesla is ludicrous.

Selling a monthly firmware update is going to be a very slow process of building a significant base of recurring revenue, I look forward to hearing more about these other software applications turning Dronesheild into more of a software company. High margin hardware sales could also be very lucrative if big contracts prove to be a regular thing. Also proud to be supporting a business helping prevent death and destruction on the front line.
