All I can read into this is that all the Lawyers costs will be detrimental to EMR unless a positive verdict is found.
I am sure Morgan Hart did not expect this crap and was given some bad legal advice at some stage.
When it is all done and he can get back to finding and producing gold the sp may finally rally.
