There is a lot of speculative talk around springtree, on what they can or do and are capable of doing. Yes they are issued millions of shares every month. Yes every month there is some sort of pattern to the upward and downward trend in the share price, however this month was out of the ordinary. Reality is that we need to wait for news from PRR, before may 1 to see anything happen to the SP or wait for the big news on DNDN which is on may 1.
Springtree do manipulate share prices from what ive seen in the companies that they have financed. Just for example look at what price movements there was with HTX.
Simple calculation when you have large amounts of cash to dump, you will have the power to take out 0.05-1 cent of sellers in that range and bang what do you know every other tom dcik and harry has jumped on the ship for no apparent reason for the movement and starts an artificial run.
