    Well our moving average surely looks nice, so I agree trend is upwards and we have established a new fair value area with decent sell pressure around 0.59.

    MIN is locked with index currently, not doing much.

    Market seems to be happy to say the trend is up, but it will need some news in the form of those appraisals.
