yes i get it...but if we look at what they are proposing which is to use it to power a glucose monitor which is a 10 billion market ......

and those glucose monitors use little batteries which SOR could replace with their ink patch but only combined with a battery....

and as tested it provided 1 week of power supply....and current monitors have a life of 1 to 2 weeks ( which i read as two weeks for leading brands) then...it is not there yet.

THEY mention the infant swallow risk of a battery as a problem. but their solution uses a battery..

do the ink patches last indefinitely? do they handle sweat and fresh water immersion ? showering and soaps ?

lots of questions for me...

I like the idea of the tech but like i said the way this announcement was worded....seemed a bit um..long winded and .short of detail.

and a successful implementation in this product range is a long way from fruition.
