Agree 100% jwoody - we need better PR. I have reached out a number of times about this to head office and was told since we only have a small admin team it’s difficult for them to manage.
I do think it’s very important so if anyone here agrees as well please call head office as well to express your thoughts. At the end of the day we own the company so I think it’s totally fine (within reason) to communicate.
They did tell me they have a firm called Purple something who is meant to be doing it for them and I should call them. I called a few times and they never answer the phone so that’s a bit frustrating as well.
