    With ICN signing a 32 billion deal with china ,it is to be noted that OIP has csg leases near theirs .With some intestial fortitude and drive drilling lots of holes ,OIP should be in the same position as ICN, with a share price exceeding 40 cents.SO i erge the directors of OIP to cease their stupid mind games and get into it!!
