if regulation comes to Australia in 2023, surely Jenny Fagg with her appalling AMP history will have to resign or be sacked from the Board?

Will ASIC be able to eliminate Directors like in other countries? To stop being the Deep South, I think ASIC should get such powers like what the SEC and FED have.

Good thing this Board wanting a Sydney centric bias.

I always think the QUeensland thing never worked. Queensland is a great place but it’s politicians and business leaders/ practises go against how great the place is. Place is great but the feral politicians and business people do not make it so.

They should change the name at some point. Queensland is just a state of Australia, not great for business as no one respects QUeensland business or its politicians.
