A double bottom will be confirmed if it 1st continues to decline - tracking down below an 8EMA to 2.1 (the 1st bottom reached on 02 Nov.) - and does not fall below that over succeeding days, but instead bounces or trades up a few pips from there and stays there in a consolidating way, or steadily rises slowly. All IMO.
