Ring a bell? What a burden dealing with ASX regulations and dealing with unhappy retail SH expecting SP accretion. I bet any pospective private acquisition will be well below value, come via the Cayman Islands penned by a nom de plume (aka a wolf in sheep's clothing)!
Funny that the following exceprt came in my Google newsfeed this arvo, Docmin. It immediately reminded me of previous posts on this forum on the subject:
I wonder how long before (tangible) revenue will surface this time around... last time I was invested (2020/21) the media releases quoted $24 million was to be heading into the Laneway coffers. But all we saw was one sad-looking gold dore, a resurgence of SB's Con Notes and a subsequent Cap Raise (oh, and a console coupled with a name change to cap it off). Still to this day don't know how much MAAS got paid for their part in the sad and sorry fiasco that was supposed to be the company's second or third foray into producing gold.
Anyway, GL SVG holders... it's going to be an interesting year but, no doubt, one that will only benefit the illustrious BoDs, employees, cronies and nimble of traders.
