I spoke with a "mining expert" who has intimate knowledge of the resource of DMS and he reckons they will never mine it. There is too much overburden and the company are out of their depth with this this particular resource. It has been around almost 30 years and not a sod has been turned. Illuka have been successfully mining at two sites in the same geological basin for several years but their mines are much nearer the surface. I agree with Pickem about the makeup of the company and the problems that presents to small holders. I also agree with Damo that with patience and should things turn out right the share price could run to $10 based on earnings and dividends. As for a takeover, it can only be friendly which will mean the price will not be special.
