    What if STX offered a 1 for 2 scrip for Waylering just as a ballpark before going into production?
    They would basically be paying our MC for Waylering which is still cheap and eliminate T/O talk to a degree.
    It wouldn't be enough to trigger the performance rights but a pretty good result for us imo.
