  Harena Resources were incorporated in Australia on April 21, 2022. The shareholders/directors are:

  
  

  • Trevor Bruce Benson, 25%, concurrently director of Harena and chairman of Ionic Rare Earth Ltd., previous chairman of junior nickel miner Cannon Resources Ltd.;

  • Stephen Francis Lynn, 25%, concurrently director of Harena and until September 5, 2022 CEO of junior nickel miner Cannon Resources Ltd.;

  • Allan Ewald Mulligan, 25%, concurrently director of Harena and general manager of Ionic Rare Earth Ltd., as well as non-executive director of Future Metals NL
