I don't mean to be offensive but surely you can look past the end of your nose.

Here's a simple question were exactly are the magnets that all the windfarms promised (legislated) by Aust and other developed nations plus those for the 1.4 Billion and growing Indian population going to come from in a hurry? Allied to that question is how long does it take to build and commission to design capacity, a full REE production facility (not REE mine). Hint: How log did it take ARU & ASM. I'll wager it's longer than from now to 2030 which is when all those promises come due and with their progress being updated each year the latest at Cop 27 this year.

BTW my answers to the question are guided by Wood Mackenzie's analysis which expected both ARU, ILU, ASM's & a couple (only) [Lynas' is addon] of to theirs in development being ready on schedule. I'm in ARU but my knees are knocking together a the thought of building and (soft) commissioning their Solvent extraction train to separate medium from Heavy HREE.

PS; I'm not like Albo who thinks he can wave his hands and it will just happen. I have some qualification and experience in the field not HRRE separation there is a huge skills shortage in that. Although it is essentially Solvent a more complex extraction CCD (Counter current decantation) train. Think more difficult like refining Yellow cake to reactor fuel (a series of centrifuges of HF6) that Iran has been busting their heads on. It's no coincidence that ASM's testwortk was done at (ANSTO).
