As per below, Hertz is finding some serious operational benefits from a fleet of EV's rather than ICE cars.
This has three major benefits for Lithium demand. The first is from the car's purchased by Hertz. The second is that every serious fleet vehicle company will take note of issues like availability time and maintenance costs so Hertz findings are likely to apply more widely and have other large high-use fleet vehicle transitioning to EV's (if they can buy the cars). The third is that I suspect many future EV purchasers will experiment through a rental EV hire. A fleet with high EV rates will provide EV exposure to many new customers.
