Is it just me or do you find it strange that the directors are doing some buying a few days before the end of the first half of the financial year, I struggle to see how they would not be privvy to information on performance that is not public. Eg if the performance of the business is better then IPO forecast then wouldn;t that be in breach ....
I am no expert on this but have not seen a listing just before a half/year end, then a few days before the end of the half directors buying.
So my guess is the first half results are going to be a bit better then forecast ? a good sign .. albeit being up 50+% since listing means probably missed it.
I have been watching this stock as I am keen to get in but not at this price anymore I think I have missed it.
