I think it is safe to say that AUZ would not be putting anything in the investor presentation or the prospectus that was not factual especially after the recent ASIC slap on the wrist, Holmes also does not strike me as a CEO that would issue a investor presentation with a comment like that if discussions for a collaborative partnership were not underway.
Lets wait and see
