you might be right, however when i participated SSP with MAK, those long term holders got their full allotment, all the holders that held only minimum amount of shares were scaled back. I think most of the company will try to look after their long term holder first, not those traders that trying to make quick buck out of it. if you read scaleback section of SEA's SPP document, you will find that SEA is trying to do the same.
