no particular insight sorry - agree largely with poster above, but I tend to have a broad portfolio -more like noomxx- have held overweight in these at times , actually considering adding
But yes , the so called "smarties", the fundies that overall produce below par performance likely rate this a sell -hence the share price, plus the lack of a control premium being controlled by Stokes.
Free to air audience decline rate is the main issue, but as you would be aware they are taking on the streamers
I do like the CEO, and has done a very good job overall, and knows the industry well.... but whether he has nearly done his time I am not sure
