Some people think that the Chinese could up end with the mine? So that means that the other company needs to drill, establish resource, complete feasibility study etc basically everything that AVZ has done all over again? The mining code doesn't allow you to just hand over the mine to any company unless the requirements have been met, which is what AVZ has done. To simply hand it over after doing sweet FA is against the mining code and everything current Govt stands for.
