forgive my ignorance as I've never been technical or knowledgeable when it comes to what makes a trade illegal.
countless people across countless stocks talk about manipulation etc and the lack of action
from regulators. if this should be or is black and white, why is action not taken?
does anyone who recognises this and understands it actually report it or only vent on HC (not at all having a dig at you or anyone in that regard)?
why is it not as simple highlighting these trades to regulators?
