Thats correct - pleasing to see all 3 BOD participated

and yes it has irked me that BOD pick up cheap shares - if its any consolidation @ least sp is lower today than the issue price
[it would be interesting if it was the other way around though]

anyway, I take it as good news that the shares are issued - clearing the decks before an upswing bring it on
