Lots of companies farm-out post discovery.
The price is obviously much higher vs. pre discovery.
The main problem with IVZ is the shareholder register - it's all fast money.
Where are the institutional investors who are going to fund the $100m needed to move this project forwards?
You need to have funding available to meet the needs of the business.
