Min value Lockyer field low

The takeover price for NWE stock values MIN holdings in this stock at $80 million. NWE has @ 20% of the Lockyer field area . That means the whole field is valued at less than $1 billion .......Since MIN stock price is effected by their own valuation of the field its stock is falling and will fall further as its own shareholders have valued the field higher. If MIN takeover offer was 18 cents immediately its current holdings would support its own stock price and the takeover would be swift with all shareholders benefitting. A18 cent price says the field is worth a minimum $3 billion when the MIN market cap. is @ $14 billion.
