The death rate from covid far outweighs injuries. Injuries is also a broad term of course. Bruised or soar arms are hardly injuries. That amplifies the numbers. No one mentions the 'injuries' from flu shots yet we know that saves lives. People die in car wrecks with safety belts. I guess that means we should stop using seat belts! The vaccine was designed to reduce the chances of you dying or blocking up the hospital system. It did a great job but was not perfect. Nothing is. There isnt one person on this website with a medical background that says the vaccines dont work. Its all none medical people who think they know better. My grandad was saved by the vaccine and antivirals. The antivirals bought him back from a very very bad place within 3 days. My youngest and her husband are anti vaxxers and got sicker than anyone i know. Most of the people i know were much older and over weight. The real world experience is real world. My daughter in law is a medical respiratory specialist and simply shakes her head. You dont go to your dentist and ask them to repair your car, so i dont ask a tradie medical advice. Sort of makes sense otherwise whats the point of getting educated and qualified. knowing everything and nothing is a dangerous cocktail imo. Next time anyone visits a Dr, ask them to give you roof tiling advice and see how you go.
