IMO this would be deflationary to coal prices. Normalising of the market and supply chains and less market distortion would actually put downward pressure on coal prices. That being said in the long term 200 USD/tonne is probably more sustainable than 400 and would cause less demand destruction etc and alow higher for longer prices.
