In fact as far as I'm aware, the ONLY reason anyone knows anything about the problems with the potency assay is one of the directors inadvertently revealed it in an interview. The company hasn't issued any announcement or acknowledgement or commented on it anywhere, so investors are pretty much in the dark, but clearly it dramatically increases the risk of failure.
