You are dealing with the NSW Government here, you know the one that wants GST from WA based on that state's resource revenue but fails time and time again to develop it's own mineral resources and associated income streams all the while sucking on the teat of gambling revenues that don't count towards the GST carve up. That and a bunch of beaurocrats who work 9 to 5 and couldn't give sweet FA about the timing of their approvals process.
Na, I wouldn't expect anything too soon, would be great though.
