Yes I'm well aware, but when you say M&A I hope you mean the A , and with respect to A1 Lithium ? Personally I always thought they wanted to sell couldnt understand why it never happened this announcement explains it all now well to me anyway , BR kept on low balling them , I reckon he consistently offered shares and no Cash , 1/2 the key PA stakeholders would have taken it the other half wanted more putting it all to market tells me 2 things :
A-No one else is interested in it as an asset acquisition
B-It goes to market for all existing SH of PA who can sell at their leisure which IMHO they will lose because there is no investment .
Not sure about Canadian company rules but assuming it's similar to AUS A1 Lithium could buy 20% on market and force negotiations also I'm pretty sure that 20% would be added to LC resource also almost instantly .
Anyway apart from being aware the rest is just speculation and AIMHO . Warmest Regards TT
