You're right - cap raise will occur with CSS, there is no questions about that.
And yes they do have a cashflow problem coming up soon.
But I'm looking at it from a long term point of view.
Share market is an evil monster, a firebreathing dragon. But there will always be a hero who is capable of slaying dragons. In this instance, this hero is named 'patience'.
