True I didn't mention coking coal and no doubt there are layers on layers of complexity. But I was talking about more efficient markets reducing volatility etc as suggested by Moody. Also pointing out that the most obvious thing isn't always what happens and if a trade becomes too crowded it is the opposite that happens.
