Deutsche Bank has SELL this morning, with target price
of $2.85 - not sure that I remember correctly the figure, can find out if needed. This is the second time they are putting SELL on IPL. Other brokers have targets near $4 and over.It is very frustrating, going up and down and doing really nothing. Are the charts looking good ???- sorry I am not a TA guy and can't read them.
