ADH has had a 34 cents price increase over the last 5 trading days. I suspect fund managers are anticipating good sales and gross margins.
Given by what we have seen since 25th December it appears that consumers are spending like there is no tomorrow. It is amazing that when consumers have no fear of a loss of their job then spending is hard to dent even with higher interest rates.
The half year reports and outlook statements from the ASX listed retailers will be fascinating. Roll on Feb’23 reporting season.
