Imo considering the info you have already been spoon-fed, this is now approaching deception/lying status.

Actually, in EACH quarterly report since June 2021, the company has REITERATED that the EIA report for the expansion was submitted, yet you NONSENSICALLY (or more likely imo purposefully deceptively) latch on to that statement from the June 2022 quarterly as some kind of "evidence" that the complete report was not submitted UNTIL that time.
What a poor level of research and comprehension on your part, imo.
The issue I have is not that you made some sort of innocent mistake, it is the fact that you repeatedly ignore the evidence provided to you, seemingly in order to extend unsubstantiated FUD about AGY's approvals process, and make repeated fanciful claims about apparent timing etc.All simply to mislead others, it seems.
Thanks for clarifying your claims yesterday btw:
"EIA for 10ktpa still multiple years away due to final submission only a few months ago"
That one is coming back to you soon.
Anyone can see from the above FACTS that I have posted directly from AGY announcements that your forecast and claim is baseless and blatantly incorrect. Repeating it over and over doesn't make it right btw.
You really should focus this new year on improving your research skills; there are plenty of contributors here willing to help out those who are a bit green and struggle putting the pieces together.
Feel free to ask plenty of questions and I'm sure many here will gladly help you understand AGY's progress and potential.
Best of luck x
