CLE are going to pay @5.4M (2.16B shares x 0.0025c) for an asset that was bought for $1.5M only 8 months ago…
Ohh…. And tack on a cap raise of between $1-2 Million …. A co-incidental figure I am sure that has no relevance to the article below.
Shares on issue currently around 6.1B - so an extra 2.16 BILLION shares would mean a dilution of greater than 30% ?
Is anyone expecting the share price to actually rise from this announced investment - or will it dilute to be less than 0.001c ?
