Just one other point , many of my uncles served in the military during WW11.

I never heard one talk like FG or you.
Some of them were wounded, another serving as medic in New Guinea saw the half eaten remains of some of our troops after they over ran a Japanese position.

When i was a child, there was a photo of a young man in Australian uniform on the wall of my friends home.
When i asked my mother who he was, she told me he was one of their friends .(i remember the name but wont repeat it here) He and his brother were fighting in New Guinea. One brother went missing after a firefight.

A search party was sent out to find him .His brother was there when they found him.. he had been disembowelled, stuffed with straw and used as bayonet practice.

A fate no one would begrudge you CP, you creepy dirtbag.
