    Company is trading at a 1X Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) multiple and appears to be on the brink of turning cash flow positive (sustainably).

    I also like the very high concentration in board ownership - 29% owned by the 5 board members so plenty of skin in the game and incentive to produce results...

    Liquidity / lack of profitability will keep any major institutions / family offices out for now. The issue is if (and when) profitability is hit, the market cap will explode and the big fish will miss out on the move haha. Good old 'institutional imperative'
